Our policy is for 30 days after your order has been delivered and not the order date since
delays/backorders can occur at times. If 30 days has passed since your product(s) were
delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund
or exchange.
Both opened and unopened products are now eligible for return within 30 days from
the date of purchase. This allows you
to shop with confidence, knowing that you have the flexibility to return items that do not meet
your expectations.
If your item arrives sealed with plastic wrap or a sticker seal that is removed/broken then
your item is automatically not eligible for a return.
If you receive a product that is damaged and/or defective and occurs within the 30 days of
delivery we will reship you a replacement at no cost to you. No refunds will be issued for
defective items only a replacement will be shipped.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are
intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, hygienic or flammable liquids or
gases.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we
have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be

If your product is eligible for an exchange within the first 30 days we will reship you a
replacement. This includes items that are defective and/or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your
item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return
shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you,
may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping
service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your
returned item.
